Not One Thing--Day 3

My neighbor lady came home after surgery on her fractured arm, and with a walker she was using one-handed.  Too bad her husband and son didn't have the courtesy to help her into the house!

Does this animal look like he thinks he's royalty?

Until the squirrels come to eat, then he gets all timid and crouches low so they can't get him!

A nice evening sky.

  1. Wow, your neighbor came home early after surgery. That really was insensitive not to help her up the steps. Walkers on handed are not easy to use on flat land, let alone on steps.

Love your cat, not matter what he does.

    1. Prince Buddy of Brighton never does a bad thing. Maggie the Cat is the culprit in badness around here!

  2. I love it when I see a new blog! I wish I had a convenient window to my front yard. It's the guest room window. I have a bench on the front patio ... but rarely sit out there these days. The past few days have been WINDY. I must make an effort to do that again!!! And I love the kitty photos!!!!

    1. Here I was, skimming along, reading the comments and--AHA!
A Blue Bird has stopped by! I haven't seen a Blue bird in years!
Where did you fly in from? Are you staying or is this just a fly-by? How did you find my house?
Welcome little Blue Bird, I am sooooo happy to see you!!

    2. Hi Judy,I've been lurking out by your feeder for a couple of years... but you know how shy bluebirds can be! So, I left a comment now and then, and actually I'm also known as Trudy Bluebird from Virginia. (I recently left a comment about my daughter when you posted about your concern for your Jen. I just felt it was so important to comment that evening.) I may have flown in from Sally's of Fla., or Linda's in Quadville--- or Blondie's in Chicago. I enjoy them as I do you. I think you and I share similar humor and values. I also hate going out, so I'm sort of a hermit, too. I find it pretty amazing how so many of us ---whether till blogging or not--- all over have SO much in common! (Birds of a feather do like to flock together when not lurking/looking in other windows, I guess! ;) I have every intention of continuing to fly in every evening, so I surely hope you'll keep writing. x Trudy in VA
